I think you could use these examples for head hunters NOT to be successful in any economy! They want you to relo, probably to somewhere that you don't want to go. All of them want to get you excited about the position they are trying to fill, with many of them, after you provide your resume and ancillary information, you either never hear from them again, or they give you some "chicken shit" ( and there's lot of this out there!) excuse about why the hiring employer is not interested. It usually stems from the fact that they DID NOT CAREFULLY READ YOUR RESUME!!!! Bottom Line...they waste your time that you could have better spent pursuing more viable job opportunities.
Job hunting is VERY frustrating!
Personally, my job went away because of structural changes at my prior employer. It is likely that it may never come back. The good news lately, is that I have been getting phone calls and interviews from potential employers. This is NOT THE TIME to give up, but to dig in our heels and to "fight the good fight!"
